Refund and Cancellation Policy

At OPD Manager, we strive to provide a transparent and high-quality SaaS experience for dental professionals. Please read our policy regarding refunds and cancellations carefully before purchasing a subscription.

1. FREE TRIAL AND EVALUATION

1.1 We offer a comprehensive 1-month free trial for all new users. This trial allows doctors to explore all features, manage workflows, and test the software's compatibility with their clinic needs.

1.2 We highly encourage all users to utilize this trial period to make an informed decision before proceeding with a paid 1-year, 3-year, or 5-year subscription.

2. NO REFUND POLICY

2.1 Once a manual payment is made and the subscription plan (1, 3, or 5 years) is activated, OPD Manager does not offer any refunds, whether partial or full.

2.2 Since the service is digital and a free trial is provided beforehand, all payments are considered final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including non-usage of the software after purchase.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

3.1 Users may choose to discontinue using the service at any time; however, we do not offer any pro-rated refunds for the remaining period of the subscription.

3.2 For manual subscriptions, there is no auto-renewal feature. Therefore, you do not need to "cancel" to prevent future charges. Your service will simply expire at the end of the term unless you manually choose to renew it.

4. DATA ACCESS UPON EXPIRY

4.1 If you choose not to renew your subscription, your account access will be restricted immediately upon the expiration date.

4.2 As per our data policy, you have 90 days from the date of expiry to contact support if you require a final export of your patient list before the data is permanently purged from our segregated databases.
