Kuldevi Imitation

Project Goals: The primary objective for Kuldevi Imitation was to digitize and automate their complex jewelry manufacturing workflow. The client needed a centralized platform to manage interactions between the business, its traders (Veparis), and its artisans (Karigars), while accurately tracking inventory, daily job work (Jama entries), and financial ledgers.

Technical Implementation: We developed a scalable, custom web application with a centralized Admin Panel to oversee all operations. The system was designed to handle the end-to-end manufacturing lifecycle:

User Management: Dedicated profiles, ledgers, and reporting for Veparis and Karigars.
Inventory & Design: A 'Design Master' and 'Parts Entry' system to catalog jewelry components and track material usage.
Transaction Tracking: A robust 'Jama Entries' module to accurately record daily incoming and outgoing job work.
Reporting Engine: Automated generation of individual Karigar reports, Vepari monthly summaries, and comprehensive payment histories to ensure complete financial transparency.

Client Results: The implementation of this system eliminated the reliance on physical, paper-based ledgers, drastically reducing calculation errors and administrative overhead. The client now has real-time visibility into their entire manufacturing pipeline, significantly improving operational efficiency and trust with their vendors and workforce.
